SHOP ASSOCIATE | FT + PT

Full Time | Part-Time associates will be providing a unique shopping experience by offering stellar customer service. The ideal applicant will be someone who has experience within visual merchandising and/or design, a strong visual eye, thrives in an independent setting, and is passionate about serving others in an innovative shopping experience. We’re looking for highly motivated, organized individual with excellent communication, positive work ethic, and strong operational skills who will assist in growing Warehouse127 Home.

Essential Duties:

• Provide sincere, friendly and energetic customer service

• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge

• Efficiently and accurately perform register transactions including sales and gift wrapping

• Assist in implementation of visual merchandise presentation, signage and lighting

• Uphold store maintenance and cleanliness standards and restock merchandise as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales (interiors | lifestyle brand preferred, but not required)

• Availability to work days | weekends | some nights

• Ability to operate POS system

• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time  

• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 50lbs
